How to start
- Create an account with your mobile number and a one-time code.
- Add the details, the price and at least 3 photos.
- Submit it. Our team reviews and approves it.
- Upload your CNIC and papers to earn a higher badge.
Verification and what it costs
Tier 1 (phone + CNIC) and Tier 2 (documents checked) are free.
For Tier 3 (site visited) our verifier comes to the property and checks it. The fee is Rs 2,000.
Listings with a higher badge rank higher in search and buyers trust them more.
Rules
- Only the owner may list. Dealers are not allowed.
- If one CNIC has more than the allowed number of active listings, the account is treated as a probable dealer and reviewed.
- Listings with false or misleading information are removed.
- A listing runs for a fixed period (normally 60 days) and you can renew it.
