How trust works

Every listing carries a badge that says plainly what we have checked about it, and what we have not.

Four tiers

  • Tier 0 — Unverified: the listing is live but we have not checked anything yet. These rank lower in search.
  • Tier 1 — Phone + CNIC: the owner's mobile number was confirmed with a one-time code, and our team looked at their CNIC and matched the name.
  • Tier 2 — Documents checked: the owner uploaded the ownership papers for this property (fard, registry or allotment) and our team reviewed them. The papers are never shown to the public; only the badge appears.
  • Tier 3 — Site visited: our verifier went to the property, confirmed it exists, that the map pin is right and that the owner was present, and took photos on site.

What we do not do

We are not connected to any government land-record system. Our team reviews the papers by hand.

A badge is not a legal guarantee of title. Have a lawyer check the papers before you pay, and confirm with the relevant government office yourself.

Ranking

The higher the tier, the higher a listing appears in search. You can also set a minimum tier in the filters.

If something looks wrong

Every listing has a report button. If several people report the same listing, it is hidden automatically until we have reviewed it.

Dealers are not allowed here. If one CNIC has more than the allowed number of active listings, the account is treated as a probable dealer and reviewed.
